Based on each students interest, activities may include: Patient visitations, reading, conversation, watching TV, Crosswords. Veteran Recognition projects, helping with holiday celebrations, participating in gardening day, helping in the office and breavement support.

The Ranch

Volunteers assist with day-to-day ranch activities including chores, serve as Ride Staff Assistants or Interns, and staff events, programs and activities. Volunteers can also help with the business of the non-profit, working in the office, Ranch House or in the community.

Support Our Youth – After School Program

Salvation Army Youth Club meets Tuesdays through Thursdays during the school year (3:30–6:00 PM) and summer (11:00 AM–2:00 PM). Volunteers assist with mentoring, crafts, homework help, and meals.

Conversations to Remember is a nonprofit that combats senior isolation by connecting college students with seniors for weekly virtual visits, fostering companionship and meaningful intergenerational relationships. 16 week commitment (1 hour per week).
