As part of the CCSD Student Services Division School-Based Mental Health initiative, individualized short-term clinical services are available for students on an as needed basis. To be considered for these services, students must be internally referred and assessed for need.

Part of the role of the School Social Worker is to provide targeted case management services for those students and families referred by internal staff. This service includes assisting students and families in finding and obtaining needed resources to better their daily functioning.
