Payment Information

We have some GREAT NEWS to report!!!

Thanks to some funding that has recently come in toward our Pali trip, we are able to reduce the 3rd payment to $100 and eliminate the 4th payment altogether!!!

**If you have turned in the required paperwork, but have not made the initial deposit payment yet, please do so ASAP. If you have not been able to make the first payment but are planning to send your child on the Pali trip, please communicate with either your child's teacher, or Mrs. Hunter.

Payment Schedule and Due Dates:

Oct. 7, 2022: $125 (initial deposit)
Nov. 4, 2022: $125 (NO refunds after today)
Jan. 20,^, 2023: $100 - Final Payment!!!
Feb. 17, 2023: No additional payments due.

All payments will be turned in to Mrs. Hunter

**Payments must be made in the form of cash, check, or money order (cash or money ordered is preferred). Please make checks/money orders payable to: McCaw STEAM Academy**

(We cannot accept credit card payments)

Your initial deposit of $125 will reserve your child’s spot and is due by Friday, Oct. 7, 2022. The deposit will be refundable up until the next payment due date (Nov. 4, 2022) should you decide not to have your child attend the field trip. As of the Nov. 4 payment, all payments made (including the initial deposit) are non-refundable, due to McCaw having to make payments for all incurred costs.

The payment schedule must be strictly followed in order to maintain your reservation. If you need flexibility on a particular payment due date, please communicate that to your child's teacher and/or Mrs. Hunter.
