If you choose to take a reassessment- you will need to complete Cornell Notes for each Chapter lecture associated with with assessment and have them signed by Parent or Guardian and turned in the day BEFORE (Monday )the assessment (Tuesday) to be reviewed and approved by the teacher (me)!
Reassessment Steps:
All Corresponding unit work must be completed and turned in
Cornell notes for each chapter (2 pages min. for each chapter- signed by parent)
Turn in and write 5 paragraph essay (LEQ or DBQ Essay) on Tuesday or other day set by teacher ( with in one week of original assessment date)
