Set-Up Crew

Assist with pulling posts. Cover notches in ground with layers of cardboard (taped down). Unlocking/crashing doors as needed. Unlock chain leading from bus/trailer lot to tennis courts. Unlock tennis/basketball courts. Setting tables for awards, check-in, sound system, concessions, judging, vendor(s), hospitality, and judges room. Placing signs around campus. Placing cones in lot for bus/trailer lot. Open bleachers. Cleaning bleachers in gym (remove debris). Tape-off judges area. Set-up extension cords/power strips. Place food in directors' hospitality and judges room. Set-up show floor. Place plywood boards outside Aux Gym entry. Ramp for curb outside Aux Gym? First aid to concession stand.

Greet directors upon arrival and distribute Director Packets. Answer questions about campus.

Open gates and direct buses/trailers, don't allow spectators into bus/trailer lot

Set-up judge tables (caution tape to mark area): water bottles, granola bars, extra paper/pencils, extension cord w/ power strip access. Set-up and maintain judge hospitality room: maintain supply of snacks, and drinks. Deliver waters to judges at judging tables. Set-up/maintain director hospitality room. Be available for judge needs throughout the event. Sweep Performance floor during breaks.

A crew outside gym entry to keep people from entering during a performance. A crew inside gym entry to keep spectators from leaving during a performance. Students to hold open doors for entering and leaving ensembles.

ADULTS ONLY. Sell tickets in ticket booth for $10 each throughout event. Witness cash count for drop.
Concessions
Concessions
Adults in stand only. Set-up stand. Food, drink, and snack sales. Clean tables out front of gym. Distribute First Aid. Keep paper products and condiments stocked. Order pizzas as needed. Maintain nacho cheese. Funnel cakes (if we do this). Coolers and ice for drinks. Maintain stock as needed. Clean-up stand.

Remove all signage. Re-lock and un-crash doors and chains (replace bars). Pull-up cardboard. Clean all debris around gym, gym lobby, warm-up zones, aux gym, and hospitality rooms. Wipe and fold all tables (return round tables to cafeteria). Dump ice from coolers. Return borrowed materials to volunteers (if present). Count money from concessions and tickets and drop securely. Collect orange cones. Fold performance floor. Pull-up all blue tape. Pull up plywood from Aux Gym area. Return all extension cords and power strips. Bring garbage bags to dumpsters. Put bleachers away. Make sure all lights are turned off.
