YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT: Investigating and Exploring Areas of Interest
We are going to hit the ground running!! That means thinking about topics you might want to explore. This is not a quick process and I fully expect you to change your mind and your focus several times before settling on your final question. There are many sources for stimulating intellectual curiosity. The activities below are to encourage you and expose you to some ideas or topics that you might not have considered but might be potential research topic areas. I strongly encourage you to vary your topics - you might think you know what you want to research but may find something else that sparks your interest. Do not worry - these topics will NOT necessarily be the areas you ultimately research so EXPLORE!
