I have taught at Coronado High School since 2011, I consider this my home away from home and I couldn't imagine teaching anywhere else. The students and staff are of the best I have had the chance to work with in my 19 years of teaching. I have two Master's of Education degrees, Curriculum and Instruction and Learning Design and Technologies. I am also certified in Blended Learning (a blend of both face-to-face and online learning).
B.A. Secondary Education with a minor in biology from Concordia University.
M.Ed. Curriculum & Instruction from UNLV.
Certificate in Blended Learning from Clark County School District.
M.Ed. Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University.
National Board Teacher Certified Teacher.

Just a little bit about me, in my spare time I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
I have two children Maddie, 14 years old, and Jack, 15 years old. Jack is a sophomore at Coronado High School and next year Maddie will be able to join us here as well. My weekends are filled with family fun including barbecues, long walks with my dog, and driving my kids to tennis lessons or tournaments.
To the right you can see pictures from our family travels.
