The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is a public agency that provides subsidized housing to low-and-moderate income individuals and families. The Authority administers distinct housing programs. The Housing Authority can only accept applications for waitlists that are advertised as open. SNRHA shall advertise in local newspapers and post notices on its website when waitlist(s) open and close.

Please apply in person at 5390 E Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122. Applications are accepted Monday – Thursday between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. For additional information, please call (702) 477-3100 option 2.
