In January 2020, the Clark County School District will be launching the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, which is comprised of three integrated Oracle modules that include PeopleSoft, Taleo, and the Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution (PBCS). CCSD refers to the third module as the School Budget Planning Tool. The three modules of the new HCM system will be released sequentially as follows:
On January 2, 2020, the current HRMS, Payroll, OARS, and Employee Self Service (ESS) systems will be replaced by the PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management system. Immediately following, the new recruiting and applicant tracking system, Taleo, will replace SearchSoft. During the next strategic budget cycle, which starts January 15, 2020, the new School Budget Planning Tool will also be released. Below are some important dates regarding training and deployment.
