The HCM project is funded by Senate Bill 550 from the 2017 Legislative session.
The Nevada State Legislature passed Senate Bill 550 to provide CCSD with the necessary funding for a Human Capital Management (HCM) System needed to increase transparency and efficiently implement Clark County Schools Achieve, the reorganization of the district. A big thank you to the Nevada State Legislature, the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada State Education Association, and others who supported this bill.
