New to the district enrollment process (Charter, private, out of state, homeschool)
Step 1: Visit CCSD.net click the "ENROLL" tab at the top, scroll down and select "Online registration - NEW TO DISTRICT". Complete the online registration (OLR) and record the application/confirmation number, as it will be required for future reference.
Step 2: Please bring all required documents in person to the Registrar's Office.
To ensure the student can start on the same day, enrollment must take place between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

Required documents for new students to CCSD:
NOT acceptable--trash, cable, or phone bill
Birth Certificate: No passports; we need to verify the parents' names on the original birth certificate
Immunization Records: Must be up to date
Unofficial Transcripts: To place the student in the correct classes
12th graders: Transcripts are required for enrollment
Temporary or Legal Guardianship (if applicable) - If needed, click here for the Temporary Guardianship Form
Withdrawal form w/transfer grades: When transferring DURING the school year
Special Education? If yes, IEP/504 plan paperwork will be needed before we can enroll the student
Incoming 9th grade: Verification of completing both 7th & 8th grade. A transcript or report cards will do. (Not needed if the school year has started)
