2026-2027 Registration

The 2026–2027 CCSD online registration is now open.

Registration is completed per household, not per student. If you have multiple students who will be attending a CCSD school, please include all of them to the same application.

New to the District Enrollment Process

(Charter, private, out-of-state, or homeschool students)

Step 1: Complete Online Registration

Visit CCSD.net
Click the “ENROLL” tab at the top of the page
Scroll down and select “Online Registration – NEW TO DISTRICT”
Complete the Online Registration (OLR)
Save your application/confirmation number — you will need it for future reference

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Upload all required documents using the form below for the 2026–2027 school year:

Required Documents for New CCSD Students

Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Must be valid
Proof of Address
- Acceptable: Current gas, water, NV Energy bill, or mortgage statement
- Not accepted: Trash, cable, or phone bills
Student Birth Certificate
- Passports are not accepted
- Must show parent names on the original certificate
Immunization Records
- Must be up to date
- For religious exemptions: Religious Immunization Exemption Certificate
Unofficial Transcripts
- Used for proper class placement
12th Grade Students
- Transcripts are required for enrollment
Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
- Temporary or legal guardianship paperwork
- Temporary Guardianship Form (if needed)
Withdrawal Form with Transfer Grades
- Required if transferring during the school year
Special Education Documents (if applicable)
- IEP or 504 Plan paperwork must be provided before enrollment
Incoming 9th Grade Students
- Verification of completion of both 7th and 8th grade
- Acceptable: Transcripts or report cards
- Not required if the school year has already started

Transferring Within CCSD to Foothill High School

Step 1: Complete Online Registration (OLR)

If you have not already completed the OLR, please do so through your Parent Portal:
campusportal.ccsd.net

Step 2: Submit Documents (2026–2027 School Year)
