The 2026–2027 CCSD online registration must be completed for every student.
Registration is completed per household, not per student. If you have multiple students who will be attending a CCSD school, please include all of them to the same application.

Click the “ENROLL” tab at the top of the page
Scroll down and select “Online Registration – NEW TO DISTRICT”
Complete the Online Registration (OLR)
Save your application/confirmation number — you will need it for future reference
Please bring all documents to the Registrar's Office. Enrollment will take place from 7:30 - 9:30 am.

Not accepted: Trash, cable, phone bills, bank statements etc....
Student Birth Certificate
Passports are not accepted
Must show parent names on the original certificate
Immunization Records
Must be up to date
For religious exemptions: Religious Immunization Exemption Certificate
Unofficial Transcripts
Used for proper class placement
12th Grade Students
Transcripts are required for enrollment
Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
Temporary or legal guardianship paperwork
Withdrawal Form with Transfer Grades
Required if transferring during the school year
Special Education Documents (if applicable)
IEP or 504 Plan paperwork must be provided before enrollment
Incoming 9th Grade Students
Verification of completion of both 7th and 8th grade
Acceptable: Transcripts or report cards
Not required if the school year has already started
