"New to CCSD families" will register through register.ccsd.net and select NEW FAMILIES TO DISTRICT REGISTRATION. This includes all out of state transfers, charter/private school transfers and any pre k & kindergarten student without a sibling currently attending CCSD in the 2017-2018 school year. Once online registration is complete, please present the documents listed below during registration hours.

Current CCSD families of transfer students (at any and all CCSD schools) should have completed Online Registration through the Parent Portal and are required to bring required documents directly to the school office.

PreK Typical Peer

Interest forms are available in the office (or click here) and accepted for a wait list. To be eligible your child must be 3 years of age by August 14, 2017. Space is limited and lottery will be held.

Kindergarten Enrollment

Kindergarten students must have attained the age of 5 years old by September 30.

First Grade Enrollment

First-grade students must have attained the age of 6 years old and demonstrate proof of completing kindergarten at a public, state-licensed private, state-exempt private or approved home school program.

OR

Demonstrate proof of completing kindergarten and promotion to first grade while being a resident of another state in compliance with the age and entrance requirements of that state. Proof must be verified through report card issued by the out-of-state public or private school.

Second Grade Enrollment

Second-grade students must have attained the age of 7 years old and demonstrate proof of completing kindergarten and first grade at a public, state licensed private, state exempt private or approved home school program.

Once online registration is complete, bring the following to ENROLL in Wolff:

• PDF copy of online enrollment ALL NEW to CCSD students (all pages)
• Child's ORIGINAL birth certificate ALL students (Student will be enrolled under full legal name, exactly as it appears on the birth certificate - NRS 392.165 subsection 2)
• Complete vaccination records ALL students
• Proof of address ALL students Water, power or gas bill ONLY. New occupants must provide a proof of service from a utility listed above. If bills are not in your name, provide a Residential Affidavit including required documentation. All residential affidavits will be approved by an attendance officer visit.
• Valid ID/Driver's License (from at least 1 Parent) ALL students
• School records and/or withdrawal from previous school (if applicable) ALL Students (you must withdraw from your prior school)
• Health Card (CCF-768) ALL students
• IEP/504 documents (if applicable) New & Transfer students
• Court documents establishing custody guidelines (if applicable)
• After School Care Plan ALL students

Registration, Enrollment & Immunizations MUST BE COMPLETED to begin school. The CCSD documents above are available in the school office. You do not need to print and complete at home.
