Lucas Leavitt currently serves as the director of the Digital Learning and Instructional Technology Department. In this position, his work is focused on supporting the use of technology within the classroom and schools. Previously, Lucas has served students at the middle and high school levels as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Sarada Toomey currently serves as a coordinator for the Digital Learning and Instructional Technology Department of Clark County School District in Southern Nevada. In this role, Sarada supports the use of Instructional technology within the classroom. She works closely with the Math, World Languages, and Social Studies departments in the implementation of Tier 1 digital resources. Previously, Sarada has served in various roles as a math teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal.
Chris has 16-years of experience in education and currently serves as a coordinator for the Digital Learning and Instructional Technology Department in the Clark County School District in Southern Nevada. In this position, Chris supports the instructional side of Canvas LMS implementation, providing expert guidance and support to educators on using the platform to enhance teaching and learning. He also designs and facilitates professional learning on instructional technology, including the integration of AI in the classroom. He is passionate about empowering teachers to leverage digital tools effectively. In addition to his current role, Chris has served as a high school science teacher, CTE instructor, and Professional Development Strategist, blending creativity with strategic insight to inspire both students and colleagues alike.
Fran Bromley-Norwood is the K-12 Computer Science administrator for the Clark County School District. She has the privilege of sharing her knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity with students, teachers, and administrators. Fran’s overall goal is to encourage and prepare educators and students to be career ready for industry positions. Previously, Fran had the opportunity to teach students at the elementary and secondary levels as well as assist teachers as an instructional coach.
