Case Management Department - PArents/Guardians

Welcome to the Case Management Department site for the Clark County School District (CCSD). This site provides information regarding Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) that follow Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), Nevada Administrative Code (NAC), and District policies and regulations.

The Case Management Department is responsible for assigning students to classrooms when self-contained programming is required as well as arranging for specialized transportation.

Department Responsibilities:

• Compliance with program placement stated in IEPs

• Review Out of District (OOD) IEPs of students new to the CCSD

• Review change of placements of current CCSD students

• Ensure class sizes remain in compliance with state law

• Assist parents with questions regarding school placements

• Coordinate specialized transportation
