Booking Trips

Currently, we only require bookings for the weekly Boarders Sunshine Coast services (normally Friday/Sunday) and this is done through the BusMinder Parent App by following the steps below. 

1. Log in to the BusMinder Parent App (click here for how to to set up access)

2. Tap "Routes"

3. Tap "TRIPS"

4. Scroll through the list to locate the trip you wish to Book (only selected trips can be booked)

5. Tap "Book" to display the stops list

6. Scroll through the list and select the destination stop

7. Tap the student

8. Tap Create Booking

9. Select the travel Date on the Calendar (you may have to swipe the Month / Year label to the left to move to the next month)

10. Tap New Booking

11. Tap Book

Note: if the student's BusMinder Account Balance is below zero, you will need to Top Up their account before a booking can be made.
