Annual Timeline (January – September)
AI Makers NU–MTCIT operates on a fixed annual cycle to ensure transparency, quality review, and timely recognition.
January:
Official announcement of AI Makers NU–MTCIT and opening of the online dashboard for applications.
February – June:
Application submission period for all award categories through the AI Makers dashboard.
July – 15 August:
Review and evaluation phase conducted by the Review Committee, including technical assessment and conflict-of-interest checks.
16 – 31 August:
Final approval by the Steering Committee Chair and processing of financial disbursements through the University Finance Office.
September:
AI Makers NU–MTCIT Award Ceremony, recognition of winners, and official communication of outcomes.
Note: Each application cycle shall cover the period from September to the end of June each year.
