Dr. Fadhil Mukhlif
Northern Technical University, Iraq
Dr. Fadhil Mukhlif is a lecturer in the Department of Cybersecurity Engineering Techniques at the Technical Engineering College for Computer and AI, Northern Technical University, Kirkuk, Iraq. He is the Founder and Head of the Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Research Group (CAIRG) at the same affiliation. He earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tikrit, Iraq, in 2010, followed by an M.Eng. in Telecommunication Systems from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia, in 2013. In 2020, he completed his Ph.D. in Computer Networks & Wireless at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. From July 2021 to September 2024, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Information Assurance and Security Research Group (IASRG) at the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. His research interests encompass Cybersecurity, AI applications in cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine and Deep Learning, Game Theory, Networking, UAVs, IoT, WSN, and Cloud Networks.
Dr. Ibrahim Abaker Targio Hashem

Dr. Ibrahim Abaker Targio Hashem has received the master’s degree in computer science from the University of Wales, Newport, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Malaya. He obtained professional certificates from CISCO (CCNP, CCNA, and CCNA Security) and the APMG Group (PRINCE2 Foundation, ITIL v3 Foundation, and OBASHI Foundation). He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the department of Computer Science, University of Sharjah, UAE. He has published a number of research articles in refereed international journals and magazines. His areas of interest include big data, cloud computing, distributed computing, and machine learning. He is an Active Member of the Center for Mobile Cloud Computing Research (C4MCCR), University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His numerous research articles are very famous and among the most downloaded in top journals.

Dr. Abubakar Elsafi received the Ph.D. degree in computer science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. Dr. Sanaz Salem

Dr. Sanaz Salem received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Shiraz University of Technology, Shiraz, Iran, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. She obtained her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in digital integrated circuits, from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Kerman, Iran, in 2019.
She is currently an Assistant Professor at Shiraz University of Technology, Shiraz, Iran. Her research interests include integrated circuit (IC) design, mixed-signal systems, very-large-scale integration (VLSI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and fault-tolerant and testable circuits and systems.
Dr. BABANGIDA ISYAKU

Dr.BABANGIDAISYAKU received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Information System from Oxford Brookes University, in 2012, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), in 2017 and 2022, respectively. He is a lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa, Nigeria. He has more than 11 years of teaching and research experience at universities in Nigeria and Malaysia. He had authorized over 40 (Scopus/WoS) Indexed Publications, including a research book with over 60 cumulative Impact factors. Babangida is also actively involved in several research grant projects. He is also an active reviewer for several highly reputable journals, including IEEE Access, Telecommunication System, Journal of Supercomputing, Journal of Cloud Computing, Cybernetics and system, and Cogent Engineering. His research interests include Software Defined Networking, Routing, Internet of Things, Network Security, and Application of Machine Learning. Recently he picked up an interest in digital twin technologies for treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. Faitouri A. Aboaoja

Dr. Faitouri Awadh Faitouri Abdullah is an assistant professor in the university of Derna, Libyat the computer sciences department under the faculty of sciences. He was a head of a high study management in the Elgobbah university of Derna branch. He gained his B.Ss from The College of Technical Sciences Derna in 2003.and M.S. degrees in computer sciences from the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate studie Tripoli in 2011. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Sciences in 2024 from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is interested to work in the Cybersecurity research area, so he has published many web of science articles in malware analysis and detection, AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques fields.

Abdu Saif (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronics communication from IBB University, Yemen, in 2005, and the M.Sc. degree in project management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in 2017. In 2022 has a degree in electrical engineering (major in wireless communication) with the Faculty of Engineering, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has more than nine years of industrial experience in telecommunications companies. His research interests include wireless networks, 3D coverage by UAV, the Internet of Things, emergency management systems, and public safety communication for 5G.
