We aim to be the pinnacle refereeing body in Australia, setting the highest standards of football officiating, and always leading by example.
We will achieve this through a commitment to attracting and identifying aspiring, talented and committed referees, providing ongoing mentoring and support, and representing their interests in all facets of the game of football.
Membership of the NSW State League Referees forms an important and valuable stepping stone in the pathway to FIFA. We will recognise and retain the knowledge, expertise and experience that our members have gained throughout their refereeing careers so that it can be passed on to referees of the future.
