Walking alongside you toward licensure
If you are an LMSW in Connecticut working toward your LCSW hours, this page is for you.
Supervision with Nehemie is grounded in reflective, trauma-informed social work practice. The work focuses on clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, use of self, and professional identity development. The approach is relational and supportive, while ensuring full alignment with Connecticut licensure requirements.
This is not just a box to check on the way to licensure. It is an investment in the kind of clinician you are becoming.
What to Expect: Individual supervision sessions are available virtually, statewide across Connecticut, and in person for those in the Greater Hartford area. Sessions are 60 minutes and scheduled based on your licensure needs and caseload.
Who This Is For: LMSWs who are serious about their clinical development, want a supervisory relationship that is honest and growth-oriented, and are ready to do the reflective work that good supervision requires. Supervisees working with trauma-impacted populations, bilingual caseloads (Haitian Creole), or in nonprofit and community mental health settings are especially welcome here.
Rates and Accessibility: Supervision rates are structured to honor both the value of this work and the real financial realities many LMSWs navigate. Organizational, professional courtesy, and specialized supervision rates are available. Reach out directly to discuss what works for your situation.
Spots are limited. If you are interested in supervision, reach out directly and we will follow up with availability and next steps.
