This morning's assembly is very rich and approaches the discussion around tolerance from different angles. It is worth noting that the video 'Swings of Change' could lead to further discussions around racism and the concept of apartheid in South Africa.

The focus of the assembly video is about embracing other cultures but could easily have been an much longer conversation around intolerance, and we would welcome such discussions take place if you are able to do so. Given the sensitive nature of the topic, this wasn't easy to do in a one way video, but absolutely should be something that is talked about with children.
