Hi There!

I am your school social worker and I am so excited to be a part of the Mount Pleasant Community for a third year! We have an amazing school full of incredible students, families, and staff members. I enjoy greeting your students each morning with a smile and offering a high five as they leave in the afternoon. My goal is to make sure that each student feels safe and welcome.

My passion is working with individuals to help them create positive change in their lives. I work to support students when they are experiencing overwhelming emotions, help them resolve conflict, and teach skills that will equip them to handle social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. My philosophy is "progress over perfection". So together, we will celebrate all the little moments just as much as the big ones.

Sometimes we fall on tough times and this can have a major impact on a student's academic success. I am here to help you navigate community resources and make referrals. Please reach out!
