All students with life threatening allergies requiring emergency medications are required to have a physician completed  an Allergy Action Plan.  Having a plan to follow and emergency medications available is imperative for the safety of our students.  

• The Allergy Action Plan needs to be completed and signed by your child's health care provider at the start of each school year.

•  Emergency medications need to be supplied by the parent or guardian  at the start of each school year. 

• To remove a dietary restrictions, a letter from a physician is  required.

• Any medication brought to school must be picked up by a parent or guardian prior to the end of the school year.  Medication not picked up will be discarded.
