Allergies
All students with life threatening allergies requiring emergency medications are required to have a physician completed an Allergy Action Plan. Having a plan to follow and emergency medications available is imperative for the safety of our students.
The Allergy Action Plan needs to be completed and signed by your child's health care provider at the start of each school year.
Emergency medications need to be supplied by the parent or guardian at the start of each school year.
To remove a dietary restrictions, a letter from a physician is required.
Any medication brought to school must be picked up by a parent or guardian prior to the end of the school year. Medication not picked up will be discarded.
