Life Threating Allergies in School

All students with allergies requiring emergency medication need to have the Allergy Action Plan completed and signed by a physician yearly.

Emergency medications need to be supplied by the parent/guardian for the health office at the start of every school year.

Having a plan to follow and emergency medications available is imperative for the safety of our students. Please see below for a copy of the Allergy Action Plan.
