Color Copier Instructions
Color Copier Instructions
Scan to email is now all set up on the new color copier. To use it please follow these directions:
1. Press the Scan button on the main screen
2. Press Scan to Email
3. Tap on the To Field
4. Begin typing the desired email address and you will see addresses pop up in the dropdown
5. Tap the desired address
6. Place papers face up in the feeder or face down on the glass
- If you need to set any specific options, click on the Gray Options button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
7. Click the Green Send button in the bottom right corner of the screen
8. You will receive an email from mscopier@nscds.org with your file
ALL the copiers in the school scan in color when you use scan to email, regardless if it is a black and white copier.
Please do not put 3-hole punched paper in any tray other than tray 3. Tray 3 is labeled and programmed for that type of paper. Please remember to choose that tray when printing on 3-hole punched paper.
When printing on colored paper or any other media other than what is stocked in the trays, please use the manual feed tray on the right side of the copier.
Remember to retrieve your print jobs after sending them. There is not a lot of space for papers to be stored until picked up. Please remember to check where you are printing before clicking the print button on your computer. We have had a lot of unclaimed print jobs already this year on various printers and copiers.
