Hopefully you took advantage of the 30 Days of Mindfulness. Now it's time to move on to search yourself further. This month I am giving you 30 days of journal prompts. These are not always easy to do but the purpose is for you to find out more about what is important to you and what you want out of life. Grab your notebook, laptop, or whatever you want to use to jot down your thoughts on each of these prompts.
