The goal of physical education is to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.
The physical literacy journey involves the ongoing acquisition and application of knowledge, skills, and disositions necessary for the engagement in a lifetime of healthful and meaningful physical activitiy. The development of physical literacy is a lifelong endeavor that is constantly evolving as an individual develops and matures - not an end goal.
