An array of YouTube videos I can choose from
Healthline is a great source for quick, yet in-depth information
So far, I have concluded my research for the most part. I have all the information for my main topics and subtopics. I used a variety of online sources like the National Library of Medicine, articles written by universities, and blogs like Q&As. However, I am still looking for a good video source to get visuals and more in-depth explanations that websites often lack. I also have a good idea of how I will format the pages of my Genius Hour site. I just have to figure out a way to display all my information without overdoing it. I might add a Google Form where visitors to my website can input statistics about their own exercise or nutrition. I plan to add questions on the form like "on average, how many grams of protein do you eat a day?" By doing this, I can get a better sense of how healthy students are staying.
Here is an example of a really good source: https://www.acsm.org/docs/default-source/files-for-resource-library/protein-intake-for-optimal-muscle-maintenance.pdf?sfvrsn=688d8896_2
Although I have concluded my research, I still have not answered my question from the last Project Update post. In addition to that this is a new question I have: "How long does it take to regain muscle after taking a break from working out?"
Muscle inactiveness from not working out for a while can to a decrease in muscle size
