The Apple Tree

Away up high in an apple tree (raise your arms high.)

Five red apples smiled at me (smile and hold up five fingers.)

I shook that tree as hard as I could (shake hands.)

Down came one apple (hold up one finger.)

And mmmmm, it was good (rub tummy.)

The people on the bus go up and down… (Squat down and stand back up)

The doors on the bus go open and shut… (Move hands out to the sides of the body and back in)

The windows on the bus go up and down… (Bend at the elbow, hands up in the air. Move arms above the head and back toward the neck)
