Sub Plans

Classroom Procedures & Expectations

• Teacher Folder: Detailed instructions and seating charts are located in the folder on the front table.

• Arrival: Students should enter quietly and find their assigned seats.

• Dismissal: Allow 3–5 minutes at the end of class for cleanup. All supplies must be returned neatly. Once tables are clean, students wait at their seats until their table is called to line up.

Student Activities

• Grades K–2:

  • Main Activity: Select a coloring sheet. Please enforce crayons only and to color neatly. If they finish early they can use the back for free draw.

  • Extra Time / Transitions: Use the provided links before or after the activity if needed.

• Grades 3–6:

  • Main Activity: Access "SUB PLANS" in Google Classroom on their iPads to pick a drawing and coloring prompt.

  • Supplies: They may use the supply bins on the counter.
