Engineering Pathway

Northbridge Engineering Pathway offers a comprehensive list of courses that enable our students to explore different areas of engineering.  Engineering and Technology is one of the few industries where job openings still out number applicants, and the majority of employees earn at least a six figure salary.  Therefore, we ask students to join us on an exciting, dynamic path where they engineer their own futures.  If students enjoy learning how and why things work, a hands-on learning environment, developing new solutions to the world’s problems, studying the environment, and making a global difference, then the Northbridge Engineering Pathway is for them!

PROJECT LEAD THE WAY

From launching space explorations to delivering safe, clean water to communities, engineers find solutions to pressing problems and turn their ideas into reality. The PLTW Engineering pathway offers students the opportunity to learn real-world skills and solve real-world problems. These hands-on courses allow students to apply math, science, computer science, and design skills. All courses offered in the pathway count as advanced coursework in Massachusetts. All courses also offer students the opportunity to earn college credit and scholarship based on their coursework. PLTW courses are full year courses.  Credit and scholarship opportunities are available based on course & pathway completion.
