Kindergarten Frequently Asked Questions:

What are the school hours? Kindergarten hours are 8:35Am-2:45PM.

How old does the child need to be to enter kindergarten? Students must turn 5 on or before September 1 of their Kindergarten enrollment year.

How do I register? Parent/Guardian must register at the school during school hours. The child's original birth certificate, current copy of immunization records and proof of residency are required at the time of registration.

When do I register? Northridge Elementary School Staff will be available on February 10, 2021 from 8:30-3:00 to guide parents/guardians through the registration process. If unable to attend at that time, parent/guardian must register as soon as possible. Call 508 234-6346 to arrange a time to register.

Is every child eligible for bus transportation? Kindergarten students living more than 1 mile from NES are eligible for bus transportation. The bus company works with the school to ensure appropriate routes and stops for all eligible NES students. Students living within 1 mile of NES may register for an open seat.

Does Northbridge Elementary School have before and after school care? NES works with Alphabest to offer families before- and after-school program options.
