Here's a cool activity that I really enjoyed! This computer program uses AI (artificial intelligence) to turn your selfie into a masterpiece! It's very easy to do. You follow the link, upload a photo (with permission from your parents) and then you can see what you would look like as a painting! There are a few different styles you can choose from to see what you would look like painted in many different ways! Check it out here: AI Gahaku turns you into a masterpiece!

**Parents, please remember that by the nature of fine art, some pieces of work shown at the Chrysler Museum may need to be reviewed by you ahead of time to determine what you feel is appropriate for your children to view.**
Hello Military Parents! I would like to share this call for arts submissions with you!
"The Military Child Education Coalition® (MCEC®) created the Call for the Arts (CFA) in 2002. Since then, thousands of children from all over the world, representing every branch of service, have shared their interpretations of what it means to be a military-connected child through art. To kick off the Month of the Military Child, military-connected children, grades K-12, are invited to submit entries for the 2020 CFA! We are also excited to announce this year the inclusion of photography as a new CFA category.
We are especially aware of and sensitive to the enormous challenges confronting military kids and the disruptive impact COVID-19 is having on their lives. Our hope is the CFA can provide children a means of self-expression and reflection – a safe, creative outlet to process their emotions and make sense of their world.
