With Google Forms you can plan events, make a survey or poll, give students a quiz, or collect other information in an easy, streamlined way. You can create a form from Google Drive (forms.google.com), or from your Waffle. Results can be stored in a Google sheet for further evaluation.
You can collect & view your form responses by clicking on the RESPONSE Tab at the top of your Form. You can view a Summary of ALL your responses with Stats & Graphs, or you can view them individually. In Addition you can collect your responses via a Google Sheet by clicking on the GREEN sheet box under the Response Tab. This will create a Google Sheet with the same name as your form in your Google Drive.
Select one of the following from the list of options within Forms:
After selecting one of the above, Click ANSWER KEY and then the answer/answers that are correct. You may also assign a point value to the question.
Make sure the option REQUIRED is turned ON - in the lower tight hand corner for the question to be required.
*Optionally you can also provide feedback as to why an answer was correct or incorrect.
At this time there is no way to change the formatting of text within Forms.
At this time there is no way to automatically grade "Short answer" or "Paragraph" answers within Forms.
