Infinite Campus Teacher Tips:

Add your Website to Infinite Campus:

• Click the following link to see How to add your teacher website to your IC Grade Book. You will need to follow the steps for each section to which you want to connect your website.

Copy Student Grades when they change Sections:

• Student Changes Sections - when a student change sections, follow the directions here to copy his/her grades from the old section to the new one.

Behavior Reports:

• Campus Tools>Behavior>Behavior Referral>New
• Title- start with Grade level(just the grade #), name, reason - Example - 11 - Wentz, Carson - Cell phone (Please no / but use hyphen -)
• Context Description - List information - Ex: On Cell Phone
• Location - E117 - Algebra
• Detail - Carson was using his cell phone in class. He continued to use his phone after I asked him to put it away.
• Notify - this is where you need to select the Administrator to submit the referral to
• Click on Add Event/Participant to add the student - Enter Event Type - scroll down to search for student. You can ONLY submit NE participant referral. If you submit multiple students on the referral, you will be asked to resubmit & it will be deleted.
• Click SAVE DRAFT after adding student
• Back at the Behavior window - click SUBMIT to submit the Behavior referral.

Seeing Behavior Resolutions:

• Click on Roster
• Click on the Student's name
• Click on To Student Information to transfer to Campus Tools
• Click on the PROFILE TAB & scroll down to the bottom to see what Behavior Reports were processed.
• To the Right of the Behavior record, click the arrow to see the resolution.
• Click Close on the Resolutions window & click on the Waffle in the upper right corner & choose Instruction to return to Gradebook.
