- To post to multiple classes, look for the class name in the upper left corner of the post window. Click in the boxes you would like to post in.

- To schedule the announcement for later, next to Post, click the Down arrow

Google gives you three options to assign work to students.
- Students can view file
- Students can edit file
- Create a copy for each student *Notice: This creates a copy of your master at the instant you click post, meaning if you make edits they will not be reflected on the copy the students have.

- Click the class.
- Under TOPICS, click ADD TOPICS.
- Enter a name and click Add.
- Or you can create a topic before you post a(n) announcement, assignment, or question.

When you assign an assignment in the classroom you can click on the "Done/Not Done" section. Doing so will allow you to see all students who have started the assignment.
