NOVA's Upper Secondary is comprised of two distinct paths to graduation: the IBDP program and the NOVA progression (which includes IB Certificate students). Each program works closely with the academic counselors to help students achieve their goals.

Each program is also reflective of the school's graduation requirements.

Introduced in 2006, NOVA's Diploma Programme has graduated 14 Cohorts. For the May 2020 session, 39 candidates obtained their diploma, with 35 being the average number of points earned by candidates who obtained their diploma, and 5.46 as the average grade obtained. 6 students earned 40+ points, with 43 points being the highest grade obtained.
