It’s one of our biggest fundraisers of the year — and it’s back! The Nottingham PTA Calendar Raffle is a fun and easy way to support our school while giving families and friends the chance to win amazing prizes every day of the month. 💚✨

💡 How It Works:

Each student receives a packet with 5 raffle calendars to sell.
Calendars cost $10 each.
Families and friends can purchase as many calendars as they’d like and each entry is a chance to win!
Completed calendars are returned with payment to the school.
You can also purchase Calendar Raffle entries through Cheddar Up!
Throughout the raffle month, a winner is drawn every day. Once a calendar is entered, it stays in the running all month long — so every calendar has 30 chances to win!

❓ Calendar Raffle FAQs

Q: Who can buy a calendar?

A: Anyone and everyone! Parents, grandparents, neighbors, coworkers, family friends — the more the merrier. You don’t have to be a Nottingham student or even live in town to join in the fun. Every calendar sold is another chance to win and another boost for our school.

Q: How much does a calendar cost?

A: Each calendar is $10. Families are asked to sell at least 5 calendars, but extras are always available if you’d like to sell more! Additional copies of the calendar can be found in the Nottingham School front office. They can also be downloaded and printed at the link here: Calendar Raffle Fundraiser PDF. There is also an option to purchase entries online.

Q: How do the drawings work?

A: Think of your calendar as a ticket that keeps on giving. Each calendar is entered into 30 daily drawings during the month (and some days we draw more than once!). And once it’s in, it stays in! If your entry is pulled, it's placed right back in, which means your calendar could win once, twice, or even multiple times! ✨

Q: When are winners drawn and how are they announced?

A: Winners are pulled daily throughout November. The PTA will reach out directly to let winners know (so make sure you add your phone number and email!). We'll also celebrate winners on our social media pages so the whole community can cheer them on. 💚

Q: What kind of prizes are there?

A: Thanks to the generosity of our local businesses and families, prizes include gift cards to favorite restaurants, entertainment, wellness experiences, and more — one for every single day of the month. There’s truly something for everyone to get excited about!

Q: Where does the money go?

A: 100% of the money raised stays right here at Nottingham School. Your support helps us fund enrichment programs, classroom resources, field trips, family events, teacher and staff appreciation, and all the little extras that make our school such a vibrant, connected place. Every calendar sold directly benefits our Knights. 💚✨

Q: Can I buy more than one calendar?

A: Yes, please do! The more calendars you buy, the more chances you have to win — and the more you’re helping our students. Some families buy a few for themselves and a few as gifts for grandparents, neighbors, or coworkers.

Q: How do families return calendars and payments?

A: Each student packet includes an envelope. Once calendars are sold, families should return the completed calendars and payment in that envelope. Teachers will collect them and pass them along to the front office for processing.

Q: What if someone wants to buy a calendar but doesn’t know a student?

A: No problem! There is also an option to purchase entries online.
