Roger Haughey is a multidisciplinary professional with experience in education, craft brewing, environmental advocacy, and community arts. His career includes serving as Dean of Arts and General Education at John Abbott College, co-owning a vegetarian restaurant, and founding several environmental and community organizations. He is the current President of Notre-Dame-des-Arts, and plays upright, acoustic, and electric bass with the Back Alley Roots Band and the Montreal Hillbilly Night All-Stars.

Kay Noele (she/her) is a community-based textile artist and educator from Treaty 4 lands (Southern Saskatchewan), now living on the unceded lands of the Haudenosaunee, in Tiohtià:ke, (Montréal, Québec). Her practice centres on place-making, community building, and collective textile work, quilting, weaving, knitting as tools for skill-sharing, storytelling, and bringing art into everyday public spaces, from yarn-bombing to giant puppet parades. From 2014–2016, she facilitated Quilted/Quartiers, co-creating nine community quilts with over 200 Montréal residents in collaboration with the Art Hive Network and grassroots spaces. A former co-president of Coop Le Milieu, Kay joined the Notre-Dame des Arts team in 2025 and holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Regina and an MA in Art Education from Concordia University.

Kristy is a Montréal-based mom of four, community organizer, and long-time supporter of Notre Dame des Arts. With a background in art history and interior design, alongside experience working in corporate spaces, she brings a practical, big-picture lens to community arts work. As a neurodivergent parent raising neurodivergent kids, Kristy is especially committed to accessible, flexible, and welcoming creative environments. She has helped facilitate NDA programs such as Puppet Camp and recently joined the Board, excited to support new programming that blends artistic experimentation, inclusion, and real-world logistics (with a side of organized chaos).

Having worked in social economy organizations (SMEs), multinationals, and academia, Stéphanie Jagou brings more than 20 years of experience in sustainable development and the circular economy, combined with solid interdisciplinary experience in multi-partner project management and event organization, both in Quebec and internationally. As a consultant, lecturer, and trainer, she develops educational programs tailored to diverse audiences. She has also co-created and implemented numerous summer schools, as well as a MOOC on the circular economy.  Stéphanie also has a multidisciplinary artistic practice at the intersection of drawing, photography, and installations. Her interdisciplinary explorations link poetry and writing, and question our habits to illustrate the essential collective awakening needed to protect the planet and its inhabitants.

Holden is a content creator/artist from Notre Dame de Grace in Montreal. While participating in the art scene he developed a desire to focus on building up community both in real life and online, bridging that gap. Now his goal is to leverage his skills with marketing and creation to help others grow and become the best versions of themselves.
