Q. What is Random Acts of Sweetness?

A. Random Acts of Sweetness is a free recognition sweepstakes from Not Defined By FND celebrating the people who show up for the FND community.

Five Support Champions will be selected at random, and each selected Support Champion will receive a Krispy Kreme Digital Dozen.

Q. What is a Support Champion?

A. A Support Champion is someone who shows up, listens, encourages, advocates, helps, or simply stands beside someone living with FND.

They might be a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, other family member, friend, coworker, teacher, neighbor, healthcare professional, or someone else who makes a meaningful difference.

There is no single way to be a Support Champion!

Q. Who can I nominate?

A. You may nominate someone who has supported a person living with FND, as long as the Support Champion is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and is at least 18 years old.

The person submitting the nomination does not have to be a U.S. resident.

Self-nominations are not permitted.

Certain individuals involved in administering Random Acts of Sweetness are not eligible. Please see the Official Rules for complete eligibility requirements and exclusions.

Q. Can I nominate someone if I don't live in the United States?

A. Yes! The person submitting the nomination does not have to live in the United States. However, the Support Champion being nominated must meet the eligibility requirements, including being a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and being at least 18 years old.

Q. Is there a cost to enter?

A. No! Random Acts of Sweetness is completely free to enter.

No purchase or donation is necessary, and making a purchase or donation will not improve your chances of being selected.

Q. How many times can I enter?

A. You may submit one entry per person.

Duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. See the Official Rules for complete details.

Q. How do I nominate someone?

A. When nominations are open, visit our Nominate Someone page and complete the nomination form.

You'll be asked to tell us a little about your Support Champion and why you'd like to recognize them.

Q. When can I nominate someone?

A. Nominations are open from November 1, at 9 a.m. ET through November 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The nomination form will automatically close when the nomination period ends. 

Q. How are the Support Champions selected?

A. Five eligible entries will be selected at random after nominations close.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Q. What does each Support Champion receive?

A. Each of the five selected Support Champions will receive one Krispy Kreme Digital Dozen, redeemable for one Original Glazed dozen at participating U.S. Krispy Kreme shops, subject to applicable terms and location restrictions.

Q. When will winners be contacted?

A. Potential winners will be contacted by email between November 21–24, 2026.

Potential winners will have five calendar days to respond. If a potential winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate may be selected.

Once all five Support Champions have been confirmed, the winners will be announced publicly on December 1, 2026. See the Winner's Page for the selected Support Champions!

Q. Will you share the nomination publicly?

A. Only if the appropriate permission is given.

If a Support Champion is selected, we may share all or part of the nomination as part of their recognition, based on the permissions provided when the nomination is submitted.

Before anything is shared publicly, the selected Support Champion will have an opportunity to review what was written about them. They can let us know if there is anything they would like changed, edited, or removed, including anything they are uncomfortable having shared publicly.

We want this recognition to feel positive, respectful, and comfortable for the person being celebrated. 

Q. What information do you collect?

A. We collect the information needed to administer the sweepstakes, including your name, email address, information about the person you're nominating, and your nomination.

Please do not submit medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your nomination.

Q. Is Krispy Kreme sponsoring Random Acts of Sweetness?

A. No.

Krispy Kreme is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of Random Acts of Sweetness. Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens are being provided as the prizes for this promotion.
