The Wheeler Middle High School Media Center’s mission is to support the exploration of ideas and information through the encouragement of creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. By providing comprehensive digital and information literacy education, reference services, curriculum support, and opportunities for play, we aim to equip our learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully navigate the ever-changing information landscape, helping shape them into responsible, enlightened citizens who are prepared for life beyond high school.
I'm Mrs. Mowry and have the great honor and pleasure of being the Library Media Specialist at Wheeler. I could not love what I do more; in my mind, there's nothing better than spending my days surrounded by great kids and great books. When I'm not at school, I love writing, listening to good music, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, going camping with my family, rooting for the Red Sox, and, of course, reading as much and as often as I can.
