Here, we will explain how to make a face mask from a long sleeve shirt. This how-to knowledge became popular during the Great East Japan earthquake. You can create about 4 masks out of one shirt or sweatshirt. It should come in handy when you can’t get hold of a mask. Although it is not perfect for preventing viruses, it will help to prevent spreading the disease. Be careful not to touch the inner part of the face mask when you wear it.
Material: long sleeve shirt or sweater
Tools you need: scissors

Cut the sleeve to the size of a face mask.

Cut the body of the shirt in thin tubular parts and cut to length required for the straps of the mask.

Thread the straps through the sleeve and tie each strap at the back of your head.

Complete! Do not touch the inner part of the mask to avoid the risk of contact infection.
