Seal of Biliteracy
The Seal of Biliteracy is an award given by a school district in recognition of students who have studied and attained proficiency in two or more languages by high school graduation. The Seal of Biliteracy is an official recognition by the district and a statement of accomplishment to be shared with future employers and for college admissions. Health Care Innovations Pathway
This program is set to begin at the start of the 2019 -2020 school year. Our initial Innovation Pathway cohort aims to include 20 -25 incoming 9th - grade students who have an interest in the healthcare field. All students can apply for membership to this program.
Steps to apply are:
1. Attend an information session to understand the requirements and parameters of the program
2. Contact your student ’s guidance counselor to attain an Innovation Pathways application
3. Based on the student ’s application, there may be a follow -up interview requested to ensure commitment to the program and further discuss the logistics.
Requirements include a commitment to the program for the duration of the student ’s high school career, excluding extenuating circumstances.
