Meet the Librarian

Anne Marie Morgante is the middle school’s Library Media Specialist and instructor for the Library Science & Media course (grade 8).  Mrs. Morgante received a B.A. in English from St. Vincent College, as well as an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Gannon University and M.S. in Library Science from Clarion University.  Mrs. Morgante taught 8th grade English for 9 years before serving as the middle school’s librarian.  She also served on the Monroeville Public Library Board.

Mrs. Morgante resides in North Huntingdon with her husband and 4 daughters.  She enjoys leading a Girl Scout Troop, boating on the Allegheny River, doing craft projects, and of course, reading!
