Drawing

This studio course will introduce drawing materials and techniques with an emphasis on observation, representation, and formal principles of composition and design. Study of human figure and application of this knowledge to the resolution of aesthetic problems. Students will extend the practice of art criticism and the use of fine art vocabulary.
