Parent Involvement

  • Parents can help by reading and discussing the Behavior Expectation Matrix on a regular basis with your child. It's important for students to know that the expectations are meant to keep Meads Mill a safe and enjoyable learning environment for everyone.
  • Think about asking your student to demonstrate the P.R.I.D.E. qualities at home when possible.
  • Continue to praise your student for the good behavior choices they make at home and school.
  • Talk about areas of concerns that your student may have about meeting the expectations and possible solutions.
  • Encourage your student to participate in activities and events at Meads Mill. Involvement allows students to feel like contributing members in the school culture, and that promotes P.R.I.D.E.!
