Youth Classes 

Intro to Pottery Youth- (ages 8-12yrs)

This class explores the basic techniques of wheel throwing. Youth will learn to center, trim, and glaze their pieces. By the end of this course they will have several finished pieces and a solid foundation in pottery. No prior experience required, be ready to make a mess playing with clay!

You & Me Clay - (two classes ages 3-5yrs and 6-9yrs)

Join us for a fun filled class where grown-ups and kids work together to create a series of clay projects. Designed for beginners, students of all ages will explore pinch, coil, and slab building techniques and practice throwing on the pottery wheel. Invite a friend and build some memories!

Junior Youth Handbuilding (ages 5-7yrs)

Perfect for younger artists, this introduction to handbuilding offers a creative and engaging way to explore clay.

Students will learn basic clay techniques including pinch, coil, and slab construction while creating unique projects of their own. Along the way, they'll develop artistic confidence, fine motor skills, and an appreciation for the creative process. No experience necessary, be ready to make a mess playing with clay!

Youth Handbuilding - (ages 8-12yrs)

Participants will also explore surface decoration and glazing techniques. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and be prepared to get your hands dirty!
