IMPORTANT UPDATE - New Admin Email Address - Monday, July 28th, 2025

• Starting on MONDAY, July 28th, the member support email address will be managed by our newly expanded member support center team! This change will help us streamline member requests and provide more efficient support.

Starting on this date, to reach the Admin Team, please use adminsupport@northshoreymca.org

We understand that a question on everyone's mind is when you'll email member vs admin support. We are expecting most emails to member support to be from members themselves but outlined below are some key examples of when to use each email address. This will be a learning curve, and some overlap is expected! Our teams will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and will redirect emails as needed.

- Account change requests

- General membership inquiries

- Assistance with online portals

Admin Support

- Child Care/Program balances

- Payment plans

- Employee account requests

- Financial requests (Write offs/Pending batch)

Co-Ed Volleyball Drop-In (Highschool - Thursdays)

• The Thursday night Co-Ed Volleyball Drop In times for Highschoolers will not be running during the summer.  Barbara will advise when this will resume on the schedule and this has been updated through the online schedule.

Red & Blue Court Closures - Refinishing Floors

• We will be redoing the red court. Due to sanding and smell both courts will need to be closed and no one will have access to that space during the closure period.

• RED COURT CLOSURE: 8/10-9/7

• BLUE COURT CLOSURE: 8/10-8/31

• If courts can be opened sooner, notification will be provided

Summer & Fall Program Session Dates

• SUMMER SESSION - June 16th, 2025 - August 31st, 2025 [No program running 6/19, 7/3, and 7/4]

• FALL SESSION - September 8th, 2025 - November 30th, 2025 [No program running 10/13, 11/11, 11/27, and 11/28]

NEW - Clinical Referral Partnership Membership Process

Senior Membership Spotlight (HAV/PCY) (See Postcard Below)

Campaign:

• Late June 2025 - July 2025 (please honor any one day guest passes through 7/31/25)

• Free guest pass, inclusive of pickleball

• Spotlight existing lower HAV/PCY senior membership rates

• Visual focus on pickleball, a significant senior amenity in both locations

• Swag/raffle items for new members

Pickleball Flex Court - Red Court - Availability & Protocols

• On Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's, the Pickleball Flex Court is available between the hours of 5:30AM and 9:45AM when school is in session to help combat the higher volume of Open Pickleball players. 

Silver Fit/United Health Care/Silver Sneakers Paying Memberships

• If a prospect comes in and states that Silver Fit, Silver Sneakers (TUFTS SCO), or United Healthcare (Active Renew for Massachusetts residents only) pays for their membership, please provide them with a one week complimentary pass at this time and get a copy of their insurance card (front & back) and get this information to Laura Nicholson to start process (nicholsonl@northshoreymca.org).
