About Mrs. Calise

Welcome! My name is Mrs. Christine Calise, and I am the Library Media Specialist at Willow Grove Elementary School.

I have been an educator for over 20 years and am passionate about helping students develop a love of reading, curiosity, creativity, and confidence as learners. As a Library Media Specialist, I enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences that connect literature with Social Emotional Learning, technology, digital citizenship, research, and real-world topics.

My goal is to make the Library Media Center a welcoming and exciting place where every student feels comfortable exploring new books, asking questions, trying new things, and discovering their own interests.

I am excited to share my love of books, learning, and technology with the students of Willow Grove and look forward to a wonderful year together!
