The Mood Meter is a tool developed by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, that helps people of all ages recognize and label emotions in ourselves and others. Emotions can be understood as degrees of pleasantness we’re experiencing, combined with the level of energy we have. All emotions are important and welcome!
